Sharon Mallory
Executive Director
Board Member
Dr. Brenda Waller is one of the founders of the 2020 Farmers Co-Op. She's a generational farmer who purchased the farm her family sharecropped for more than a century. Her farm is located in Virginia.
Board Member
Quintin Gray is president and CEO of Q. Gray & Associates,
and worked with the USDA's Foreign Agricultural Service for decades. He assists the cooperative and its members in expanding global opportunities. His company is located in Washington, DC.
Secretary
Deborah Morton, one of the founders of the 2020 Farmers Co-Op, is an urbanite turned farmer. After retiring from a career at the National Science Foundation, she returned to her farming roots after inheriting her family's farm. His farm is located in Virginia.
Treasurer
Dr. Deborah L. McCullough is one of the founders of the 2020 Farmers Co-Op. An obstetrician and gynecologist, she is also a farmer who raises sheep, goats, and grows herbs. She advocates for agricultural education for youth and pre-natal nutrition. Her farm is located in Indiana.
Board Member
Reginald Cason assists with managing his family's farm. He runs an urban farming program in his community. His farm is located in Georgia.
Board Member
Entrepreneur Terence Coles uses his legal expertise to help manage his family's livestock farm. He is one of the founders of the 2020 Farmers Co-Op, and he is a third-generation farmer. His farm is located in Virginia.
President
Michael Gibson is a third-generation cattle farmer who has a passion for helping his fellow farmers succeed by providing guidance, assistance and services. His farm is located in South Carolina.
